Shipping policy
We're excited to get your Jersey Discs to you! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Getting Your Order Ready:

Once we receive your order, we typically process it within 1 to 3 business days (this doesn't include weekends or holidays).

Before shipping, we'll double-check your shipping address. If we can't verify it, we'll contact you to make sure we have the correct address.
How We Ship Your Discs:

We usually ship discs with tracking and insurance for added security.

Your disc will be carefully protected with a 9" cardboard backing in a padded envelope or a cardboard box.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey! Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show updates.
Where We Ship & Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery (Selected Tournaments):

If you're attending one of our selected tournaments, you can choose free local delivery during checkout! Just select the tournament location as your shipping option.
Checking Your Order Status:

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this number to check the status of your delivery.
Haven't Received Your Order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days after you received the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@jerseydiscs.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it right away.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

Please note that only the United States Postal Service (USPS) can deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Private carriers like DHL Express and UPS do not ship to P.O. Boxes. They require a full street address and a contact phone number for reliable delivery. If you provide a P.O. Box address and we have to use USPS, please ensure your phone number is included.
Shipping Carriers We Use:

USPS: For P.O. Boxes and street addresses.

DHL Express: Requires a full street address and phone number; does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

UPS: Requires a valid street address; does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is used, a phone number must be on the label.
