We want you to be happy with your Jersey Discs purchase! If you need to return something, here's how it works:
Our Return Window:
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it.

Unworn or unused.

With all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
- Pack it up: Make sure your item meets the return conditions above.
- Get a shipping label: Please contact us at sales@jerseydiscs.com, and we will send you a shipping label for your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@jerseydiscs.com so we can make it right!
Exchanges Made Easy:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once we receive and accept your return, you can simply place a new order for the correct item.
Our Refund Process:
- We'll let you know: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved: You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. This time allows us to inspect the item.
- Bank Processing: Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping Time for Exchanges:
If you exchange an item, the time it takes for the new item to reach you will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
